We transfer images, videos, and metadata into MomaPIX, preserving as much of the original structure as possible and preparing the archive for more effective searching.

Organization of images and metadata

We help define fields, categories, thesauri, controlled vocabularies, and cataloging criteria so that the archive remains orderly even as it grows.

Security, permitting, and workflow

We configure roles, access, approvals, downloads, and shares so that each user can see and do only what they are entitled to.
